Justice for families affected by Asbestos

The Legal Line's Lawyers, Thompsons Solicitors is calling for support in its campaign to achieve justice for asbestos families across the UK.

The firm is demanding equality for families affected by mesothelioma in England and Wales after it was revealed that bereaved families in Scotland could claim thousands of pounds more in compensation.

Thompsons wants the level of awards in England and Wales to be increased to reflect the true suffering caused when a loved one dies of mesothelioma and it wants the level of compensation to be the same for families across the UK.

It is calling for a change in the law and needs your support to make this possible. The campaign has also been reported by the BBC at 'Bid to increase asbestos pay-outs'. Sign our e-petition to show the Government how strongly you feel about this injustice.
