British Lung Foundation – Action Mesothelioma Day

On 27th February 2006, the British Lung Foundation are holding a day of action in respect of Mesothelioma, an asbestos related chest cancer.

The Legal Line supports this campaign to promote better treatment, assistance and advice for sufferers, and their families, from the government and health service. The foundation also aims to ensure that more information is readily available about the disease, and that employers and unions can work together to ensure that health and safety measures to protect employees are stringently followed.
