Road Accident Victim Receives £4,000 Damages After M40 Collision

A motorist from High Wycombe has successfully obtained £4000 in damages after a road accident on the M40 left him with whiplash due to another motorist driving into the back of his car. As a result the claimant could not attend work for three weeks and took the decision of making a claim against the other drivers insurance.
