Our Lawyers Recover Compensation for Road Accident Victim

Our specialist lawyers recently secured compensation for a woman who suffered whiplash injuries following a car accident near to the M53 motorway.

Injured in Road Accident

The woman, who is from Wirral, was stationary at a roundabout approaching junction 3 of the M53 when another vehicle impacted with the rear of her car.

She suffered painful injuries to her neck and shoulder, so instructed our lawyers to assist her in making a personal injury compensation claim.

Successful Claim

Although the driver responsible for the crash admitted that he was responsible, he later tried to contest the woman’s case in court. He alleged that it was a low speed accident, with an impact speed below 5mph, that her vehicle was not shunted and that she was not being truthful about her personal injury.
