Personal Injury Claim for Driver Injured in Car Accident

We recently recovered compensation for a man who suffered injuries in a car accident, when another vehicle collided with his whilst he was stationary.

Road Accident

Our client was in a queue of traffic when his road accident occurred. Another driver failed to stop behind him and struck the rear of his car forcefully, shunting it into the vehicle in front.

As a result of the accident he suffered whiplash injuries, damaged one of his teeth and developed anxiety, particularly in relation to travel. He had to take time off from work to recover and required medical and dental treatment for his injuries.

Compensation Claim
