Compensation Success After Fracturing Leg In Club

The claimant in this accident claim case was a leisure centre worker and had gone for a Christmas night out at a pub in Hartlepool. Paying a £10 fee on entry to the pub covered all drinks for the night.

Shortly after the client arrived she came across a woman that she knew, who had collapsed in the middle of the dance floor after having too much to drink.

She and another friend tried help the woman, by attempting to pick her up and carry her up the stairs in the pub so that she could receive first aid. Not one member of the pub management or any other member of staff attempted to help in any way.
