Settlement of £2.5m Recovered for Spinal Cord Injury

As the result of a serious road traffic accident in 2001 Mark Cook, from Middlesbrough, suffered a spinal cord injury, leaving him wheelchair-bound.

The Legal Line lawyers, Thompsons Solicitors, won £2.5m compensation on his behalf.

The money will help to pay for treatment and facilities to provide a more independent future for Mark, such as a specially adapted home and car.
