Compensation for Road Accident Victim Suffering from Whiplash

Our lawyers acted for Kenneth Beaumont recently, following a road accident that occurred in June of this year. They were able to recover compensation on his behalf in respect of the personal injuries that he sustained.

Car Accident

Mr Beaumont was driving his vehicle along a road in Kent when he stopped to allow a bus to pull out onto the road.

Another driver in a company van failed to stop behind Mr Beaumont and collided with the rear of his car, shunting it forwards and causing him to be thrown in his seat.

As a result of the car accident, Mr Beaumont suffered whiplash injuries to his neck and shoulder.

Compensation Claim

A personal injury claim was made against the insurance policy of the other driver, who was held responsible for the accident.
