Road Accident Passenger Receives Injury Compensation

Serious Road Accident
When the driver of the vehicle she was in pulled out of a junction into the path of a lorry, there was a serious accident involving a fatality.
The client herself suffered various injuries as a result of the incident, including fractures to her shoulder, pelvis and knee, minor brain injuries, extensive bruising and post traumatic stress disorder.

They were able to collect medical evidence that the claimant’s head injuries were more serious than initially thought and obtained an interim payment of damages during the course of the claim to fund some much needed treatment.
In total the claimant was awarded £63,125.00 compensation in respect of the injuries and losses she suffered.
